As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our project management capabilities. Your mission will be to spearhead the delivery of strategic onsite initiatives while cultivating essential client relationships that contribute to a robust market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of designated Major Projects, ensuring the development and maintenance of both existing and new client relationships.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and provide tailored solutions through our bespoke Speedy Asset Services.
  • Collaborate with internal Operational, National, and Regional teams to guarantee the highest level of service delivery for our clients.
  • Establish and maintain effective processes that facilitate continuous improvement and success within the Speedy business framework.
  • Monitor and report on performance KPIs, ensuring that sales and profit opportunities are maximized, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with Principal Contractors, Sub-contractors, and onsite projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing large-scale, complex relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable success in achieving revenue-driven objectives.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Adept at building robust client relationships across all levels.
  • Effective time and diary management skills.
