About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at Optamor. As a key member of our Innovation team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of advertising within our ecosystem and driving growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Accelerate Growth Initiatives: Own a roadmap of initiatives to build and improve new advertising products and revenue streams.
  • Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Conduct experiments and A/B tests to develop the right monetisation strategy and go-to-market plan for new products.
  • Design and Implement Operational Processes: Design, implement, and optimise processes across the business to improve agility and accelerate innovation.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with teams including product, marketing, sales, and finance to drive alignment and execution.
  • Measure and Evaluate Performance: Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Foster a Culture of Innovation: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related STEM field.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, business development, or operations within a large corporation or a rapidly growing startup.
  • Skills: Strong skills in cross-functional stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and drive alignment towards shared objectives.
  • Business Acumen: Proven business acumen and strategic thinking, with a history of developing and implementing growth initiatives that achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Project Management: Excellent project management abilities, capable of prioritising and handling multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel, and a demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the talent to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging narratives.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving positive change.
