Job Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and deploy Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, encompassing identity provisioning, access governance, authentication, and authorization frameworks utilizing the ForgeRock Identity Platform, tailored to meet client specifications and industry standards.
  • Possess comprehensive expertise in ForgeRock Identity Platform (Identity Manager & Access Manager), Java, JavaScript, Groovy Scripts, REST APIs, and LDAP (Directory Services).
  • Adapt and configure ForgeRock components to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications.
  • Formulate IAM workflows, policies, and procedures to guarantee secure and effective identity and access management.
  • Oversee user onboarding, offboarding, and role modifications, ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Streamline user provisioning and deprovisioning processes to boost operational efficiency.
  • Establish and enforce access control policies, including role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege principle, and segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to ForgeRock configurations, integrations, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
  • Capability to design and implement intricate identity solutions that interface with a variety of applications and systems.
  • Experience in integrating ForgeRock IDM with applications that expose REST APIs and cloud-based services.
  • Implement and sustain identity federation solutions for single sign-on (SSO) across various applications and services, integrating IAM systems with external identity providers (IdPs).
  • Proficient in deploying the ForgeRock stack on cloud platforms (AKS/GKP) and possess a solid understanding of CI/CD principles and DevOps tools to support complex architectural frameworks.
  • Experience in customizing ForgeRock UI, scripting, and developing code to enhance the end-user experience.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and validation of ForgeRock solutions to ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure IAM aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Communicate IAM-related updates and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
