ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Transport/Installation Co-ordinator to support our client in Earls Barton. This is a permanent position, initially covering maternity leave, with the opportunity to transition into a related role.
The Role:As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations and future planning of our UK business.
- Coordinate transportation and labour resources.
- Manage sub-contractors and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Verify documentation accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate installation schedules, managing internal teams and subcontractors.
- Receive and review work programmes from customers and project managers.
- Assess jobs, plan routes, and source labour and transport resources.
- Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize IT applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Hold a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
