Job Summary

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join their expanding conveyancing team in Kent. As a Senior Real Estate Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of residential and commercial property matters, including conveyancing transactions, lease renewals, and business acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Deal with complex commercial property matters such as lease renewals, deeds of surrender, and business acquisitions.
  • Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's client base.
  • Ensure smooth progression from instruction to completion.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, with a solid understanding of commercial conveyancing.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing a busy caseload, and possessing excellent client-facing skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work proactively, and maintain a high level of technical competence.
  • Disciplined, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with business development and a proactive approach to growing the firm's client base would be advantageous.
