Job Title: Private Client Solicitor

Job Summary:

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of private client matters, including estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and tax.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and tax matters
  • Manage a caseload of files with minimal supervision, prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent client service and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in private client law
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in private client law, particularly in estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and tax
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing work and meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
