Private Client Solicitor

Rev & Regs is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join their team. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of private client law matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing Wills and Estate Planning Documents: You will be responsible for preparing wills of varying degrees of complexity, taking into account the individual client's needs and circumstances.
- Drafting Documents and Deeds: You will draft documents, deeds, and letters tailored to individual client's needs, ensuring that all necessary legal requirements are met.
- Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning: You will provide expert advice on estate and inheritance tax planning, including advice on trusts and other tax-efficient strategies.
- Powers of Attorney: You will advise on, prepare, and register powers of attorney, ensuring that clients' wishes are respected and their interests are protected.
- Estate Administration: You will advise on and administer estates for lay executors, and where the firm is appointed as professional executor, ensuring that all necessary legal requirements are met.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with the team to develop and further strengthen the firm's private client presence, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Qualifications: You must be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Experience: You must have experience of the areas of private client law noted above, including estate planning, trusts, and estate administration.
- Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and oral communication skills, able to communicate complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical Skills: You must have a high quality educational and technical background, with a strong understanding of private client law and its applications.
- Client Care: You must be able to relate to clients at all levels, demonstrating excellent levels of client care and empathy.
- Business Development: You must have enthusiasm to join in with networking and business development activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Commercial Acumen: You must have commercial acumen and an appreciation of financial fundamentals, able to advise clients on financial matters and make informed decisions.
The successful candidate will be based in the Tonbridge office, working a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the office.
Salary and Benefits:The salary for this role is £50,000-£60,000 per annum, plus bonus.
