This position involves handling a wide range of private client matters, including estate and care fees planning, wills and trust management, and probate and estate administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage wills, trusts, estates, and tax-related issues for private clients.
  • Provide expert advice on estate and care fees planning, including Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.
  • Assist with trust management, including trust drafting and administration.
  • Handle probate and estate administration, including inheritance tax planning and investments.
  • Work with charities and deputyship cases.

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in private client law, particularly in managing wills, trusts, estates, and tax-related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of STEP qualifications and career growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
