Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality advice on estate and inheritance tax planning, including trusts
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Experience in private client law, particularly in estate and inheritance tax planning
  • Strong technical background and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £50,000-£60,000 + bonus
  • Hybrid working arrangement (3 days per week in Tonbridge office)
