About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E&I Administrator to join our team at Bilfinger UK Limited. As an E&I Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and maintenance teams in ensuring the efficient management of our assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Vehicle Management: Manage and maintain site vehicles for the E&I section, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.
  • Site Procurement: Act as the site buyer for E&I and West Term Residents, procuring goods and services as required.
  • Goods Receipting and Clearing: Maintain accurate records of goods receipting and clearing, ensuring that all queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Time Management: Accurately record and manage time spent on tasks, ensuring that all hours are correctly logged onto the MPower System.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HSE department, including data input into Active and other related tasks.
  • Asset Database Management: Govern the asset database for West Term Residents and E&I, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • HR and Payroll Support: Forward doctors' notes and medical appointments to HR and payroll, ensuring that all necessary information is received in a timely manner.
  • Competency Assessment: Prepare and collate forms for competency assessment checks, updating the completions register as required.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll queries, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Electrical Drawing Management: Manage and distribute electrical drawings, ensuring that all relevant parties have access to the necessary information.
Desirable Criteria
  • Technical Skills: High level of competence in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of other software, such as SAP and purchasing systems, would be an advantage.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
