With a wealth of experience in both offshore and onshore environments, we specialize in comprehensive asset management services throughout all phases of the asset lifecycle, from consulting and engineering to manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of site vehicles for the E&I department.
- Act as the site buyer for E&I and West Term Residents.
- Ensure accurate goods receipting and resolve JobRouter queries.
- Record working hours in the MPower System.
- Provide administrative support to the HSE departments, including safety data entry into Active.
- Manage the asset database for West Term Residents and E&I, including report generation.
- Facilitate the forwarding of medical notes and appointments to HR and payroll.
- Prepare forms for competency assessments and maintain the completions register.
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries.
- Manage and distribute electrical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with additional software (e.g., SAP, purchasing systems) is advantageous.
• Strong time management abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
