Financial Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
The Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to maintain accurate sales and payroll records. This role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to support the overall financial operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank receipts and allocate payments to outstanding invoices.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Generate reports and analysis to support decision-making.
- Interact with customers to resolve queries and expedite payment on overdue accounts.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Excel, Xero, and payroll packages are essential.
Company: The Company
Reports to: General Manager
Work hours: 15 hours a week, salary pro rata required to start. Some flexibility on times with scope to increase hours to cover other finance roles if desired.
