Part-time

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Home Connections Team in Stoke. As a Service Guide Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of getting their products and services connected, helping with any initial queries around in-home setup or their first bill.

You will be talking to customers over the phone, providing them with clear and concise information, and helping them to resolve any issues they may have. You will also be working closely with our technical teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to support you in being successful. That's why we offer flexible working arrangements, including the option to schedule your own breaks and banking time, and occasional homeworking.
