We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commis Chef to join our team at Harrods. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize ingredients for menu items
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation
  • Work closely with the Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Organize and label food storage, ensuring accurate stock rotation and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for food and drink, and experience working in a high-end restaurant or hotel environment. You will have excellent time-management skills, a strong customer focus, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will also have a good attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure.
