About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PR & Influencer Manager to join our team at Huda Beauty. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive brand awareness and sales across Southern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key press and influencers in the beauty industry across Southern Europe.
  • Drive strategic plans and local initiatives to support new product launches and sustain core collections across brands and Southern EU markets.
  • Manage production and activation of in-person and digital events.
  • Drive personal relations for the brands via regular meetings and group discussions.
  • Manage the Southern EU influencer database, consistently reviewing and growing the database to further develop and forge strong mutually beneficial relations.
  • Research and identify relevant new influencers to add to the global database and additional database across Southern EU.
  • Drive and grow relations across PR & influencers alongside PR agency support.
  • Forge and continue strong relations with Sephora teams across all markets while devising new opportunities for productive relations and relevant partnership activation.
  • Manage three current PR agencies (France, Italy, Spain) while supporting the establishment of an agency in Turkey in 2025.
  • Drive regular, wider content support initiatives outside of NPD mailers with press and influencers in local markets.
  • Manage direct reports, ensuring responsibilities are met productively and efficiently, while developing and harnessing their skill sets to grow.
  • Work with EU Marketing & Sales teams to devise reactive and proactive targeted PR support to drive sales, such as GWP and retailer exclusives.
  • Work closely with global teams to enhance global PR & influencer initiatives, driving unity and best practice.
  • Manage evaluation and reporting of content and coverage results monthly and post-event activation as these occur.
Requirements
  • At least 5-6 years of experience working with influencers (preferably in the beauty industry).
  • Fluent in either French and/or Italian.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional relationship-builder and natural communicator.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high interest in learning about new analytics trends.
  • Well-rounded with influencer trends and the beauty world.
  • Multi-tasker with a vision.
  • Experience using influencer reporting platforms such as Tribe Dynamics/TRACKR for influencers and My Market Insight/Cision for press.
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficient.
  • Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative.
  • Proficient written communication and creative skills with keen ability to adapt depending on platform or audience.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
