Marketing Manager - Southern Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Southern Europe, specifically in Italy and Iberia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute local marketing plans to align with business priorities
  • Lead the planning and delivery of marketing initiatives for institutions and financial advisers in the Southern Europe region
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to ensure alignment with regional business objectives
  • Develop and implement local content strategies, including written, video, and audio content
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as marketing agencies and media outlets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Previous marketing experience in the Iberia and Italy regions
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the asset management or financial services industry
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and analyze campaign performance
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Proficient in English and Italian/Spanish, with French/German an advantage
