Supporting Futures Consulting Ltd is seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our esteemed organization, which specializes in providing Emotional Health and Wellbeing Services for children and adolescents.


This role involves delivering both individual and group therapeutic interventions to young individuals aged 5 to 18, along with their families, who have faced challenges such as Sexual Abuse and complex Bereavement.


The primary objective of our services is to mitigate the effects of traumatic experiences on children and their families through comprehensive therapeutic practices, assessments, and professional training.


We employ evidence-based methodologies to facilitate one-on-one, group, and systemic therapeutic work.


Our approach is flexible, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, including person-centered, trauma-informed, play therapy, art therapy, drama therapy, and integrative techniques.


As a Therapist, you will assist children experiencing mild to moderate Emotional Health and Wellbeing challenges, collaborating with parents, educational institutions, and referral sources throughout the therapeutic process.


You will be part of a committed team, working alongside families, partners, and other professionals to ensure that children and adolescents receive comprehensive support and protection.

Key Qualifications:
Accredited diploma in Counselling, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Play Therapy, Drama Therapy, or Art Therapy

Registered member of a recognized professional body such as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Play Therapy UK (PTUK), Health Care Professions Council (HCPC), or British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT)

Demonstrated experience working with children and young people.
