Job Summary

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Child/Adolescent Psychotherapist to join our team. As a BACP accredited therapist, you will work across a range of residential homes supporting looked after children in Staffordshire, Shropshire, and Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide bespoke assessments and formulations for young people to ensure effective interventions.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of therapeutic care programs.
  • Effectively safeguard and adhere to ethical frameworks, delivering individual and group therapy based on the needs of service users.
Requirements
  • Full accreditation with the BACP, UKCP, or a similar governing body.
  • Post-qualification experience working with children and young people, preferably in residential care settings.
