Employee Benefits Coordinator - Group Risk

PIB Group is seeking a highly organized Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day support and delivery for assigned clients, ensuring seamless service and timely resolution of queries.
  • Collaborate with consultants to facilitate scheme renewals and reviews, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and providers, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Support ongoing client services and projects, providing administrative expertise and ensuring accurate completion of internal systems and databases.
  • Provide administrative support for new business and client queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Employee Benefits industry, with a strong understanding of group risk administration.
  • Relevant industry qualifications, such as certifications in Employee Benefits or Risk Management.
  • Prior experience as a Group Risk administrator, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
