Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a well-known organisation on the recruitment of an Employee Relations Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising managers on all Employee Relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Providing timely advice and guidance to line managers on employment law, company policies, and procedures.
- Building strong working relationships with client groups and supporting business change projects and programs as required.
- Assisting in the compilation of reports on HR/ER activity, highlighting areas of concern and working with the relevant member of the People & Culture team to implement measures and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Employment Law, appropriate legislation, and HR-related policies.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
