Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of unit managers to deliver outstanding food services within the units.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple site-based clients, ensuring contract compliance and exceeding client expectations.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure Compass and brand standards are met, while ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Labour and Cost Management: Monitor and support your team, recognizing training needs and potential as appropriate, and manage labour and controllable costs within all units.
- Commercial Acumen: Have a commercial mindset to deliver profitability within the units.
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience at a senior level as a Area/Regional Manager leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver results.
- Catering Background: Previous multi-site catering background with P&L responsibility.
- Client Relationship Building: Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Brand Guidelines: Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
- Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Pressure Management: Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
