- Standard workweek – Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 05:00 pm
- Lighting systems management (including installation, troubleshooting, and lamp replacement)
- Conducting emergency lighting inspections
- Control panel maintenance
- Ballast replacement
- Monitoring BMS systems (temperature regulation)
- Performing comprehensive M&E and fabric maintenance
- Maintaining and updating maintenance logs
- Basic plumbing tasks (e.g., clearing blockages)
- Maintenance of pumps and motors
- Water system checks and documentation
- Fire damper servicing
- Management of electric gate systems
- General planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Oversight of subcontractor activities
- Permit-to-work management
- Keeping site logbooks up to date
- Electrically qualified (Level 2 or 3)
- City & Guilds certification – 18th Edition
- Experience with job logic systems (preferred)
- Ability to provide relevant trade certifications
- Demonstrated experience in commercial property maintenance
- Multi-skilled with a broad range of competencies
- Strong communication abilities
- Client-facing experience
