We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive FM maintenance services across two large manufacturing sites in Lancashire.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC equipment, pumps, motors, inverters, building management systems, and lighting circuits. You will also have a wide range of knowledge for M&E equipment that can be found in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing maintenance and repair services for electrical and mechanical systems
  • Carrying out routine inspections and testing to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
  • Identifying and reporting any faults or issues with equipment
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a fully recognised trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, and have a full UK driving license. If you have the necessary skills and experience, and are interested in a challenging and rewarding role, please apply now.
