Your Role

As a Principal Engineer, you will be instrumental in fostering and promoting technical excellence within our organization. Your leadership, guidance, and expertise will be vital to our team, with a significant portion of your time dedicated to hands-on coding.

This role demands a comprehensive understanding of our entire technology stack, which is centered around a backend Rails API, native clients, and various interconnected services. Your ability to lead specialized engineers in tackling complex challenges in these areas will be essential.

  • Bridge the gap between frontend and backend platforms, enhancing collaboration and integrated thinking.
