Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, and customers, to ensure effective communication and reputation management.
  • Manage Communications Team: Supervise and develop a team of communications professionals to ensure effective execution of communications strategies.
  • Provide Strategic Counsel: Offer strategic guidance to senior leaders on communications and reputation management matters.
  • Monitor and Analyze Communications Metrics: Track and analyze key communications metrics to measure the effectiveness of our communications strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communications and Reputation Management Experience: Proven track record of developing and implementing effective communications strategies and managing reputation.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, and customers.
  • Strong Leadership and Management Skills: Experience in supervising and developing a team of communications professionals.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex communications challenges.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Related Field: Required.
  • Advanced Degree or Certification in Communications or Related Field: Preferred.
