Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our team at Arrow Global Group. As a key member of our investment support team, you will play a crucial role in helping us monitor the performance of our funds, identifying trends and risk factors that impact our portfolio.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the production of Excel and SQL-based Track Records for our investment strategies, taking ownership of data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, conduct industry and market research, and provide insights to inform our investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide guidance and advice on investment opportunities and risk management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and implement automation tools to increase efficiency.


Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with SQL, and a strong background in problem-solving using data, preferably in financial services.
  • A strong academic background in a quantitative discipline, such as STEM, Economics, or Finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to driving improvements in business processes.
