Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Allocation Associate to join our team at Arrow Global Group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be proficient in Excel and SQL. They will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our funds, identifying trends and risk factors, and providing guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and stress testing
  • Support fundraising activities by producing Track Records for our investment strategies
  • Conduct industry and market research to inform investment decisions
  • Improve business processes and efficiency using automation tools

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL
  • Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline, such as STEM, Economics, or Finance
  • Ability to provide guidance and advice to senior management
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative to drive improvements in business processes
