Capital Allocation Investment Performance Role

Job Summary:

As a Capital Allocation Investment Performance Analyst at Arrow Global Group, you will play a critical role in monitoring the performance of our investment funds, identifying trends and risk factors, and developing financial models to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support investment fundraising activities by producing high-quality financial models and reports for our investment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, conduct industry and market research, and improve the efficiency of existing processes using automation tools and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide guidance and advice on investment decisions and portfolio management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance business performance and financial results.

Requirements:

  • Advanced financial modeling skills, experience working with data analytics tools, and a strong background in problem-solving using financial data.
  • Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline, such as finance, economics, or a related field of study.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive improvements in business processes and financial performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide guidance and advice to senior management and stakeholders.
