About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Portfolio Management Associate to join our team at Arrow Global Group. As a key member of our Portfolio Management team, you will play a critical role in optimizing investment performance at an asset level within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Analysis and Strategy: Assist in producing detailed analysis and cash flow modeling to measure performance, supporting regular portfolio reviews and driving investment strategy.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal colleagues across the Arrow Group and platforms to support operational activities aimed at increasing asset optimization.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Assist in gathering data from multiple sources to assess performance and risks of assets in the fund, contributing insights into asset-level valuation processes, including cash flow forecasting.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Provide detailed analysis on market trends, economic indicators, and industry dynamics to assess their potential impact on deals and investments.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with investment decision-making governance processes to optimize investment returns and ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: Proven experience gained with Financial Services, Investment or Asset Management. Economics, or related field desirable.
  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and develop investment cash flow forecasting models. Working knowledge of at least one alternate investment asset class, including Lending, Real Estate and Credit.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, additional European Language skills advantageous however, not essential.
  • Business Acumen and Knowledge: Good grasp of investment decision-making processes, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
