In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering analytical insights to enhance investment performance at the asset level. Your responsibilities will include developing resolution strategies, settlement plans, and investment proposals, as well as making informed decisions regarding portfolio and asset sales. You will work alongside Portfolio Managers and local platforms to conduct portfolio assessments, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies aimed at improving overall fund performance. A keen eye for detail, strong analytical capabilities, and effective collaboration within a dynamic team are essential for success in this position.

Specific Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses and cash flow modeling to evaluate performance, supporting regular portfolio assessments and guiding investment strategies.
  • Engage with internal teams across Arrow Global Group and local platforms to facilitate operational initiatives that enhance asset optimization.
  • Collect and analyze data from diverse sources to evaluate asset performance and risks, contributing to asset valuation processes, including cash flow projections.
  • Deliver in-depth analyses on market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to assess their potential effects on investments.
  • Ensure adherence to investment governance processes to maximize returns while complying with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
  • Share valuable insights regarding market trends and economic factors with the team.
  • Foster relationships with local asset management teams, servicing platforms, partners, and third parties to support due diligence and business planning, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop an understanding of local market risks related to credit and real estate investments, contributing to strategic planning.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Services, Investment, or Asset Management. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in developing investment cash flow forecasting models.
  • Familiarity with at least one alternative investment asset class, such as Lending, Real Estate, or corporate bankruptcy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of investment decision-making processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory standards.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and economic indicators, interpreting complex financial data effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and platforms to achieve objectives.
  • Experience with investment analysis tools and software.
  • This position is based in Manchester and requires regular attendance at the office, with potential travel to other locations as needed.
