Job Title: Performance Improvement Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Performance Improvement Analyst to join our team at TalkTalk Telecom Group PLC. As a Performance Improvement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities to enhance our operational performance and ensure compliance across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review customer satisfaction and operational metric results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify performance and compliance improvement opportunities.
  • Document current operational processes and identify gaps that may be contributing to lower key metric results.
  • Facilitate and conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying drivers behind performance gaps.
  • Produce documentation of key insights, quality analysis, or root cause work, solution recommendations, and action plan results.
