Investment Portfolio Manager

We're seeking a skilled Portfolio Analyst to join our team at The People Pod, a dynamic and growing agency in the UK. As a key member of our Property Management team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our investment services and driving business growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze market trends, provide data-driven pricing strategies, and negotiate rental offers to maximize returns for our clients. You'll work closely with our Lettings team to ensure smooth transitions from build completion to market readiness, and collaborate with landlords and tenants to secure rental agreements that meet investor expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize rental income.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to inform investment decisions.
- Negotiate rental offers and agreements to align with market conditions and client objectives.
- Collaborate with the Lettings team to ensure seamless property transitions and maximize rental income.
- Support the Property Management team with pricing guidance for rent reviews and renewals.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on local property markets and rental trends.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- 3+ years' experience in property management, lettings, or real estate investment analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance the interests of landlords and tenants.
- Knowledge of property markets, including an understanding of rental trends, property valuations, and investor expectations.
