About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Allocation Associate to join our team at Arrow Global Group.

As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our funds, identifying trends and risk factors, and providing guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and stress testing to support investment decisions
  • Support fundraising activities by producing Excel and SQL-based Track Records for our investment strategies
  • Conduct industry and market research to inform investment decisions
  • Improve the efficiency of existing processes by implementing automation tools
Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with SQL
  • Strong background or interest in problem-solving using data, ideally within financial services
  • Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline, e.g., STEM, Economics, or Finance-related field of study
  • Ability to provide guidance and advice to senior management
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to use their own initiative to drive improvements in business processes
