Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Allocation Associate to join our team at Arrow Global Group.

As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our funds, identifying trends and risk factors, and providing guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and stress testing to support investment decisions.
  • Support fundraising activities by producing high-quality Track Records for our investment strategies.
  • Conduct industry and market research to inform investment decisions.
  • Improve business processes and efficiency through automation and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with SQL.
  • Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline, such as STEM, Economics, or Finance.
  • Ability to provide guidance and advice to senior management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive improvements in business processes.
