About the Role

Arrow Global Group is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Capital Allocations team. As a key member of our Fund Management business, you will play a critical role in ensuring the most appropriate capital allocation decisions are made on behalf of investors.

This is a technical, hands-on data-driven role that requires a natural flair for working with big data sets. You will have the opportunity to showcase your technical skills and work collaboratively with our team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor the performance of funds under management, investigating trends, risk factors, and identifying areas requiring further analysis and risk mitigation.
  2. Monitor investment performance and forward-looking investment pipeline.
  3. Support the production and maintenance of financial models.
  4. Assist in responding to investor queries surrounding the portfolio and performance, engaging with external stakeholders as necessary.
  5. Support conducting scenario analysis and stress testing of the fund portfolio(s) to enable effective risk management of the investment programme.
  6. Perform special projects/analysis and support the preparation of business plans, monthly estimations/forecasts.
Requirements
  1. Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline, e.g. STEM fields.
  2. Comfortable working with large data sets, identifying and presenting key insights.
  3. A high degree of attention to detail with the ability to consolidate and interpret complex information from multiple sources.
  4. Advanced Excel skills as well as Power BI.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems under pressure.
  6. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
  7. Self-motivated and capable of using own initiative to drive improvements in business processes.
  8. SQL experience.
