About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including Work IT systems and customer databases.
  • Ensure data quality by identifying and rectifying inconsistencies, missing values, and outliers.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and advise on tactical and strategic direction.
  • Present data in a clear and understandable format to a wide audience, including stakeholders.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to team scheduling, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate the impact of scheduling changes on overall performance metrics.
  • Forecast future resource needs based on historical data and external factors.
Requirements
  • A background in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • A understanding of and interest in the Rail Sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
