About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FM Administrator to join our team at Serco. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data within our CAFM system
  • Provide administrative support to the FM Manager and other team members
  • Process procurement activities and maintain accurate records
  • Generate reports and forecasts based on CAFM system data
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to resolve issues and provide updates
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and purchasing processes
  • Competent knowledge of CAFM systems and ability to become a subject matter expert
