We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FM Administrator to join our team at HMP Doncaster. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the FM helpdesk and provide timely responses to queries and issues
- Support the FM Manager with procurement activities, including local and framework-based purchasing
- Operate the CAFM system to maintain accurate asset information and generate reports and forecasts
- Work closely with the wider contract team to ensure seamless operations and maintain accurate data
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with all levels of the business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of payroll and purchasing systems
- Experience with CAFM systems and ability to become a subject matter expert
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
