About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented FM Administrator to join our team at HMP Doncaster. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the FM helpdesk and provide timely responses to queries and issues
  • Support the FM Manager with procurement activities, including local and framework-based purchasing
  • Operate the CAFM system to maintain accurate asset information and generate reports and forecasts
  • Work closely with the wider contract team to ensure seamless operations and maintain accurate data
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with all levels of the business
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of payroll and purchasing systems
  • Experience with CAFM systems and ability to become a subject matter expert
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required
