About the Role

Pension Insurance Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join its Customer Operations function as an Onboarding Manager. This is a critical role that will play a key part in ensuring the smooth onboarding of large and complex deals into the company's operating model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Origination department to identify large and complex deals that require business unit assessment and onboarding into the company's operating model.
  • Lead the assessment of large and complex deals with business units to identify and resolve impediments and complexities.
  • Gain business unit executive member assessment sign-offs.
  • Work with business units to create implementation run books for large and complex deals.
  • Coordinate the pan-business unit execution of each run book implementation, including the resolution of issues identified during execution.
  • Provide weekly progress reporting for each deal implementation to relevant business unit representatives.
Requirements
  • Experience working in Bulk Purchase Annuities, ideally in onboarding or transitions.
  • Good technical knowledge of Bulk Purchase Annuities.
  • Established knowledge of onboarding techniques used for BPAs.
  • Familiarity with Defined Benefit Pensions.
