About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the well-being and happiness of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement activity programmes that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events and promote the care home's activities
  • Work closely with the care team to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care and activities
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the care home's activities and services
