Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In-Store Commercial Manager to join our team at H&M Home. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and driving sales on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus: You will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Commercial Acumen: You will work closely with your store team to maximize profitability and sales, and identify opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Visual Presentation: You will be responsible for creating inspirational presentations and visual displays that showcase our products and brand.
  • Leadership: You will set an example for your team by embodying H&M Group values, H&M Home brand DNA, and H&M Group Global leadership expectations.

Requirements

  • Leadership Skills: You will have a proven track record of leadership and be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Commercial Awareness: You will have a strong understanding of commercial principles and be able to analyze data to drive business decisions.
  • Visual Merchandising: You will have experience in visual merchandising and be able to create inspiring presentations that drive sales.
  • Communication Skills: You will be an excellent communicator and be able to effectively communicate with your team, customers, and stakeholders.
