We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, while fostering a collaborative atmosphere and upholding our company's core values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Foster a supportive and comforting environment for residents and their families.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of care practices and processes.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification - RGN/RMN/RNLD, with a valid UK NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with complex needs.
  • Previous experience working in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, residents, and their families.
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
  • Empathetic and compassionate approach to care.
