About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in providing inspiring leadership to our nursing and care colleagues and overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing leadership and guidance to the nursing and care team.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care and support.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that care standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a strong background in care planning and clinical assessment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and a passion for continuous improvement.
