Chartwells Catering Supervisor Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to lead our culinary and service teams in delivering exceptional food and customer service experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee all catering and service operations, ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to meet customer expectations
  • Supervise and train culinary and service teams to maintain exceptional standards
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
  • Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image
  • Liaise with customers and teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support and develop team members to excel in their roles
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of catering experience
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for great food and customer service
