Catering Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Chartwells. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering and service teams, ensuring that we deliver exceptional food and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to our clients
  • Supervise and train our culinary and service teams to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
  • Represent Compass Group UK and maintain a positive brand image
  • Liaise with customers and our teams to ensure we exceed their expectations
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years of catering experience
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual who is always looking to upskill
