About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee our catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, delivering exceptional food experiences, and helping our culinary and catering teams excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to meet customer expectations
  • Supervise and motivate our culinary and catering teams to achieve excellence in food quality and customer service
  • Collaborate with our line manager to monitor key performance indicators and targets
  • Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image
  • Liaise with customers and our culinary and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support and train our teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of catering experience
  • Proven track record of managing teams in a similar role
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
