About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee our catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly, delivering exceptional food experiences, and helping our culinary and catering teams excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to meet customer expectations
  • Supervise and train culinary and catering teams to maintain exceptional standards
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets with your line manager
  • Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image
  • Liaise with customers and teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of catering experience
  • Proven team management skills
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for great food and customer service
