About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Chartwells - Independent. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering and service teams, ensuring that our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and that we deliver exceptional food experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to the highest standards
  • Supervise and train culinary and service teams to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • Monitor and maintain Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams
  • Liaise with customers and teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support and develop team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
