About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our Mental Health Support Team. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient running of the team, providing administrative support to our staff and contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Mental Health Support Team, including managing and maintaining accurate records, preparing reports and correspondence, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to other administrators, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in the induction and orientation of new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
Requirements
  • Qualification in administration (NVQ level 2-4) or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
