We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.
Key Responsibilities
- To conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs.
- To provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior medical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to Trust policies and procedures.
- To participate in service planning and development, contributing to the improvement of mental health services across the locality.
- To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including local managers and professional colleagues, to ensure efficient service delivery and effective patient outcomes.
- To undertake administrative duties associated with patient care, including documentation and record-keeping.
