We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • To conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • To provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior medical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to Trust policies and procedures.
  • To participate in service planning and development, contributing to the improvement of mental health services across the locality.
